We offer a districtwide benefit for all employees called MindWell. MindWell is an organizational learning experience that helps individuals and teams develop a common understanding and skill set of mindfulness in action. Just as we practice mindfulness with students in our classrooms, this

District 742 employee benefit will provide simple, effective tools that will decrease stress, improve performance and help you better handle all life brings your way. • Smart technology (including a digital scale) to track your progress and reveal what is (and isn't) working for you.

Fitness Discounts

Employees enrolled in the district health care plan receive $20 per month off their membership fee if they workout 12 days or more each month at a participating health club. For family plan members up to two adults per plan may receive this benefit. Anytime Fitness, Curves, LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, SNAP Fitness, YMCA, Local Community Centers and many more facilities participate in this important program.
